Las Cupulas has many special features we’d like to share with you. We designed and built it with care and with an eye to the aesthetics of the experience. Over time we have added many details that we hope you will enjoy.
neighborhood
Las Cupulas is located on a cobble stoned street in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of Sayulita. It is about a five-minute walk to either the main beach or the town plaza. We are thankful to have lovely surroundings and great neighbors who care about their environment.
private compound
When you enter Las Cupulas you feel a sense of peace and tranquility. The interior is enclosed, quiet, and lushly landscaped. Each unit is situated and designed for privacy.
POOL Terrace
The center of the property is left open for the pool, lounge, and dining terrace, with an outdoor kitchen and bbq, perfect for get togethers. The pool is an instant magnet for kids, with a shallow bench area for little ones.
outdoor living
Las Cupulas was designed for enjoying the outdoors, day and night. Each unit has private patios for eating or relaxing, and garden showers, set within lush landscaping. Subtle night lighting illuminate specimen palms and provide for evening fun.
furnishings
Each casita features a full kitchen, with living and dining spaces, opening onto private patios. Each room has floor and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has its own bath and closet space. All of the beds are king sized, and feature quality linens and bedding, and mosquitos netting for the summer months.
staff
We are fortunate to have a terrific team managing Las Cupulas day to day. Mitch Roman of Roman Property Management is first rate, and guests really appreciate his help on all matters, his great sense of humor, and local knowledge. Daisy is our housekeeper who keeps the casita interiors lovely, while Bernardino, with his green thumb, cares for the extensive gardens and pool.
